Real-time facilities feedback from visitors and staff keeps facilities management on top of their game helping them respond to and resolve issues as soon as they are reported. Time-stamped, accurate logs of cleaning, maintenance and stock-keeping events are captured in real-time, speeding up the logging process and eliminating all forms of manual data capturing.

The Facilities Alert Pad is used to capture customer or staff feedback, when the device is not in use by facilities team members.
